  • Family Support

Look no further. My daughter is currently in this program and it has exceeded all of our expectations. The program is comprehensive, thorough, and structured. The sense of community offered here is second to none. There are programs not only tailored to the person in recovery but family as well. There is support for siblings and parents integrated into the curriculum which makes it a strong supportive environment. The differentiator of this company is the incredible staff. They are smart, intuitive and most importantly kind. Georgia, Emma, Sean, Lisa, to name a few are literally lifesavers. I owe my sanity to this program.
  • Family Support

My son was at Release Recovery for 6 months. There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for the treatment of the dedicated team at Release. I especially would like to highlight the care that my son got from his case manager Mike Knechtel. Mike was able to identify my son's behavioral issues and found ways to correct them. At Release I got to know Chris Nagle who provides support and guidance to parents. He always is available and somehow manage to find the best advice whenever you need one. The team at Release are life savers and the community there were beyond my expectation. If your family member struggle with addiction, do not hesitate and sign them up!
  • Mental Health

I had completely lost myself before getting sober. Uncomfortable in my own skin, overthinking anything and everything, and didn’t know how to be in the present moment. I was like a pot of boiling water and the alcohol and drugs were the lid keeping the pot from boiling over. They tamed me. Once the alcohol and drugs were taken away, everything boiled over. Years of suffering, destruction and trauma all coming to the surface. Release was there to clean up the mess, and they didn’t just patch me up and send me on my way, they have helped me get to a place where I can live a manageable and enjoyable life. And I am so thankful that I will be a part of the community forever. I genuinely do not know what I would have done if Release was not there to scoop me up and teach me the skills I have now. And whenever my pot starts to boil, I am able to apply the tools to simmer myself down.
  • Mental Health

I love Release. Helped me so much and helped so many others as well. If you or your loved one has substance use or mental health disorders, Release has the people and programs to change lives for the best.
  • Family Support

Release Recovery was a key component in our daughter's sobriety journey. The process is well thought out and the support network is incredible. The staff is amazing and it all starts at the top with the owner's unwavering passion and energy for sobriety and mental well being. We are extremely grateful to have had the chance to become part of the Release community.
  • Personal Growth

Prior to Release, I’d lost multiple apartments, my job, my cat, and my relationship with my family was suffering. Most of all, I had lost myself. It wasn’t my first time trying to get sober, and I didn’t know if I was ready to fully surrender. Even though I entered the program reluctantly, I quickly found that the structure and community would provide me with the support I needed to maintain long-term sobriety. The staff was patient and kind with me as I gained back my footing. As my willingness grew, my life did too. They taught me how to laugh again. They sat with me through the tears. During my 8-month stay, Release helped me find two jobs that I loved, an apartment that I’ve gotten to stay at, a group of lifelong friends, and a meaningful relationship with my family. I gained the sense of serenity and freedom that I’d been searching for in drugs all along. I gained more back than I’d ever lost and certainly more than I ever expected. Most importantly, I found myself again, and that is the greatest gift I could’ve asked for.
  • Personal Growth

When I transitioned from treatment to Release Recovery, I was 30 days sober. The prospect of navigating sobriety in a city like New York was daunting, and I was uncertain if I could maintain my recovery on my own. Release Recovery provided the cornerstone of support and guidance that I needed. Their encouragement and belief in my ability to build a sober life gave me the confidence to not only sustain my recovery but to thrive. Today, I am living a life that once seemed like a distant dream. I have achieved my childhood goal of becoming a pilot, flying helicopters as I once imagined at 8 years old. Without the foundation that Release Recovery helped me build, I would not have had the confidence to pursue this path.
  • Personal Growth

Release Recovery was the place where my life truly began to change.
  • Sobriety

Release gave me all of the tools and support I needed to stay sober, work a strong program, get back into the workforce, and live a life beyond my wildest dreams.
  • Community

“Release Recovery was the place where my life truly began to change. I was there from March to August 2022, then stayed connected through aftercare until November. Release is unlike anywhere else. The people there are not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but they genuinely care and understand what you’re going through. Recovery is a journey, and Release met me at every step of mine. Even now, four years later, the bonds I formed there haven’t faded. I know if I ever need someone, anyone from Release will answer the phone. It’s so much more than a sober living house it’s exactly how they promote the foundation, it is a community that you will have for the rest of your life. I will always be deeply grateful to Release for being the foundation of my recovery and giving me the right tools to help me recover.”
  • Community

I stayed at Release for a full six months in New York City in 2023 when I was 31 and it was the perfect place for me. I would have stayed longer if I could. The houses are very nice and the food was excellent with a private chef, which was a big plus for me especially since I was going through a difficult time. They helped launch me into the NYC sober community. I explored a few other well known sober living options but most felt like they were just a place to sleep and were not as involved in helping you meet your goals or meeting you where you are. The CEO Zac takes a very hands on approach with the clients which I also really appreciated. The staff and case managers are THE BEST and genuinely care about the people they work with. Many of them are also in recovery.
  • Community

I absolutely loved Release. I cannot express enough in words my gratitude for the staff and my fellow residents here. It was a life changing experience that I would enthusiastically recommend to any future resident here.
  • Personal Growth

Release became a place for me to continue healing after treatment. If you told me to agree to transitional living after treatment & rehab while running a business and having a wife and four kids at home - I would've told you it's impossible. But, Release became a place for me to continue healing after treatment.
