Director of People

Wes serves as Director of People at Release Recovery, where he leads human resources and people operations across the organization. He has more than fifteen years of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment, and his own long-term recovery gives him a personal connection to the work. Wes holds an MBA from Texas State University and is focused on building strong teams, supporting leaders, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
