Starnipha Fletcher, PA-C, MPAS, is a NCCPA-certified Psychiatric Physician Assistant with more than two decades of healthcare experience, including extensive work in child and adult psychiatry, addiction psychiatry, and forensic psychiatry. She has more than 13 years of experience treating individuals with substance use and co-occurring psychiatric conditions and has provided psychiatric care within the New York City correctional system, including Rikers Island, and the Westchester County Department of Correction. Her multidisciplinary background also includes acute care, internal medicine, urgent care, pediatrics and adolescent medicine, and gastroenterology. Ms. Fletcher is committed to compassionate, evidence-informed, community-based care and believes strongly in collaboration among patients, families, healthcare professionals, and community resources to support lasting wellness and recovery.
