Norman Jen is a chef and entrepreneur with 12 years of professional experience cooking for fine dining restaurants, large-scale events, and private caterings. He focuses on supporting local farms through volunteer work and using seasonal ingredients grown within Westchester County. Norman has held leadership roles as executive chef, chef de cuisine, front-of-house manager, and in the Hawaii Army National Guard as an artillery soldier. He is an active member of the recovery community through service and commitment to 12-Step programs.
