Marguerite Horton

Finance Coordinator

Marguerite is a Finance Coordinator at Release Recovery, bringing more than five years of experience across public health, healthcare operations, project coordination, and hospitality. Prior to joining Release, she supported community health initiatives with the Philadelphia Department of Public Health and developed a passion for person-centered systems that improve access to care. Marguerite is a certified Substance Use & Recovery Peer Support Specialist and a member of the Release Recovery Foundation’s 2026 TCS New York City Marathon team. She believes deeply in the role that movement, community, and compassionate care can play in recovery. When she’s not working or running, she’s most likely trying a new restaurant or thinking about her post-run meal.
