Kelsey began working in the substance abuse and mental health industry in 2020 at a residential treatment facility. She expanded her skillset from various roles within direct care and alumni coordinating before transitioning into an admissions role. Kelsey leads from personal experience as well as a rooted belief that every person can be reached. She’s found passion and purpose within supporting families through the hardest phases of their lives by instilling education and encouraging foundational boundaries. Kelsey hopes to provide a safe space while challenging the negative core beliefs that paralyze individuals and keep them in their current circumstances. She is a CADC-I and is committed to supporting others authentically and personally throughout their treatment experience.
