Chloe Fiona Mahalek

Primary Therapist

Prior to working in recovery settings, Chloe trained and worked as a professional dancer. She has lived experience of addiction and is in recovery, an experience that deeply informs her clinical work and understanding of healing. Through her own recovery journey and the process of learning to let go of living behind the mask, she developed a deep appreciation for authenticity, embodiment, and connection. She integrates somatic and relational approaches to help clients reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and sense of self. By using dance movement modalities, Chloe assists clients in building tolerance for discomfort, exploring avoidance patterns, and developing healthier coping strategies and community connections. She is passionate about supporting men by creating space for emotional expression, vulnerability, and connection. Her work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and compassionate, trauma-informed care.
