Treatment Programs

Partial Hospitalization Program

  • Intensive, structured treatment with the option for clients to live in supportive community housing, creating a balanced and flexible environment for those on their path to recovery. This program is ideal for clients who need more support than outpatient services can offer, but do not require 24/7 residential care. Clients can live in community housing while attending treatment sessions during the day or evening, giving them the opportunity to gradually transition to independent living.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

  • A 12-week curriculum with a new focus each week, such as emotional regulation, self-awareness, relapse prevention skills, guilt and shame, interpersonal connectedness and relationships, boundaries, improving self-esteem and self-worth, and overall functionality -- all essential elements that support enduring health and wellness beyond treatment. This always-rotating schedule allows newcomers to join at any point in the process, while being flexible enough to include extension options for those who can benefit from continued substance use and trauma treatment.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

  • Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides intensive, structured addiction treatment in a supportive and flexible environment. PHP is ideal for individuals who need more care than outpatient services can offer but do not require 24/7 residential treatment. Clients receive comprehensive clinical support to help rebuild structure, improve emotional stability, and strengthen relapse prevention skills.

    Program highlights:

    • Comprehensive clinical evaluation

    • Individual therapy twice weekly

    • 25 hours of group therapy per week

    • Medication management with our Chief Medical Officer

    • Family coordination and therapy as needed

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

  • Our Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (Evening IOP) offers flexible treatment for working professionals and clients with busy daytime schedules. This program provides structured evening care focused on emotional wellness, recovery skills, and relapse prevention—all while allowing clients to maintain work and family responsibilities.

    Program highlights:

    • 9 hours of group therapy weekly

    • Weekly individual therapy sessions

    • Medication management with our Chief Medical Officer

    • Family coordination and therapy as needed

Evening Intensive Outpatient Program

  • A trauma-informed approach designed to meet the unique needs of working professionals. Our all-inclusive evening program includes 12 hours of on-site programming services each week now with evening options. Our team of Licensed and Master’s Level Clinicians work alongside our Chief Medical Officer to provide comprehensive care to meet the needs of all our clients.

  • Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) delivers a higher level of structure and accountability than traditional outpatient care. With a rotating 12-week curriculum, clients focus on emotional regulation, boundary setting, relapse prevention, and everyday life skills—developing confidence and consistency in recovery.

    Program highlights:

    • 12 hours of group therapy weekly

    • Weekly individual therapy sessions

    • Medication management with our Chief Medical Officer

    • Family coordination and therapy as needed

  • Our Outpatient Program (OP) is ideal for clients ready to transition to greater independence while staying grounded in consistent care. This program provides essential weekly touchpoints that help clients maintain progress, build resilience, and prevent relapse as they continue integrating recovery into daily life.

    • One group therapy session per week

Our Facilities

  • Release Recovery Centers

    Our 16,000-square-foot facility features welcoming group rooms, private offices, and a comfortable client lounge—all designed to promote connection, reflection, and support throughout the recovery journey.

    Located about 20 minutes from our transitional living residences, clients are transported daily to Release Recovery Centers, where they will participate in structured clinical programming that includes group therapy, individual sessions, medication management, and holistic supports.

  • Westchester County Women's Transitional Living

    A newly renovated 3,500-square-foot residence offering 24/7 support in a setting that fosters wellness and independence, with amenities including an outdoor pool, private or semi-private rooms, and a 2-acre property.

    Clients receive 1-on-1 care and individualized treatment planning, including wrap-around services for the entire family system. Families receive regular check-ins from the case management team, and benefit from both peer and clinical support offered through weekly family groups.

  • Westchester County Men's Transitional Living - Underhill

    Renovated country estates in Westchester County combine luxury and functionality, featuring 13 bedrooms, a pool, sauna, game rooms, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The estates offer ample outdoor recreation and convenient access to the Metro-North Railroad, providing direct service to Manhattan.

  • Westchester County Men's Transitional Living - Baldwin

    A renovated 9-bedroom country estate offers amenities featuring a heated pool, sauna, and game rooms. The property is beautifully landscaped to encourage self-reflection, recreation, and fellowship. Situated in Westchester County, it offers ample outdoor recreation, including hiking trails at nearby nature preserves.
