Release Recovery LLC and Release Recovery Centers LLC are separate and distinct legal entities under common ownership. Although affiliated, each entity operates independently.

Release Recovery LLC provides transitional living, concierge recovery services, and education and prevention programming. These are non-clinical services.

Release Recovery Centers LLC holds an operating certificate issued by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) for outpatient substance use disorder treatment, and is accredited by The Joint Commission. All programming, clinical services, and staffing are provided in accordance with New York Mental Hygiene Law Articles 19 and 32 and the regulations of the Commissioner, including 14 NYCRR Part 800 (General Service Standards), Part 810 (Operating Certificates), and Part 822 (General Service Standards for Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Programs). Patient records are maintained consistent with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

Admission eligibility and cost for the programs offered by each entity are determined independently. Admission to, or participation in, a program offered by one entity is not a condition of admission to the other, and does not affect eligibility, placement, or pricing at the other.
