WRAPAROUND CARE

  • Clinical Coordination

Through our network of New York City's leading clinicians and treatment programs, we facilitate referrals for individual therapy, outpatient treatment, specialized behavioral health services, and other clinical supports as needed.

Our Chief Medical Officer is available to provide medical and psychiatric services, including medication management when appropriate. For clients who already have established treatment providers, we work collaboratively to maintain continuity of care throughout their time at Release.

  • Recovery Coaching

Clients can also opt into more support at the residence with recovery coaching.Recovery Coaching is highly individualized and tailored to each client’s unique goals, strengths, interests, and areas where additional support may be beneficial. This personalized layer of support can include assistance with activities of daily living and independent living skills, routine building, academic support, career and resume development, recovery community integration, and wellness-focused activities.

  • Aftercare & Alumni Support

Before transitioning out of the program, each client works with their support team to develop a personalized aftercare plan that includes ongoing clinical, medical, vocational, educational, and recovery resources. Our active alumni network helps former clients stay connected to peers, mentors, and staff, providing ongoing support, accountability, and community long after they leave Release.
